PARKING: There are no parking spaces available directly at the house. Drive up to the house only for loading and unloading purposes. Park in the public car parks. Coming from Punta, turn right on Via Cantonale at the bend into Via Favirolo and you will find parking spaces immediately on the left (by the waste disposal point). Continue for another 60m on Via Favirolo and you will find parking spaces on the right-hand side by the children's playground/kindergarten. About 100m further on Via Favirolo / corner of Piazza Grande there are more parking spaces available. Parking is free in Curio.
WATER: The water in Ticino is lime-free and suitable for drinking.
WASTE/RECYCLING: Disposal and recycling point is on Via Favirolo below St. Peter's Church. Not allowed at night and not on Sunday. Dispose of general waste only in the yellow waste bags (bag fee). Glass, PET, small metal and aluminium containers are available. No green waste collection / no public compost. Cardboard, paper and bulky waste is collected at a site 2km from Curio (Wednesdays and Saturdays only, 14:00 - 17:00.)
